Refund policy

Items may be returned for a refund if postmarked within 14 days of the date the item(s) were delivered:

Returns will be refunded via original form of payment or gift certificate. Returns must include a return authorization number. Return items must be in NEW condition with tags attached:

• Washed or worn merchandise is not eligible for return.
• Shoes shipped with a box, must be returned with the box – a $25 shoe box fee will apply if the shoe box is altered, damaged, or missing.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned.

To request return authorization, please send an email to customerservice@islandtrends.com with the words RETURN and ORDER # in the subject line. A return authorization number will be generated and emailed back to you within 24 hours to include with your return.

For your convenience, a link for a pre-paid US POST OFFICE return label will be emailed to you with the return authorization number. If you choose to use the USPS return label $10 will be deducted from the return amount. Return labels are valid for orders in the USA. You can also use your own method, we suggest using a trackable method.

To serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, get the right size or color by placing a new order. Please note, promotion codes are valid one time only and a code used previously may not be applied to new orders.
