Order today by 3 PM EST, ships today. Island Trends automatically applies free 3 business day shipping on orders of $99 shipping to residential or commercial locations within the continental USA, excluding PO BOX, Hawaii, and Alaska addresses. Larger orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Ground Service. Business Days are Monday thru Friday. Restrictions apply.

Fedex/UPS Address Correction charges are $19.50. Island Trends will charge your credit card used for purchase to cover any incorrect address charges that are incurred.

Island Trends Return Policy

Extended Holiday Returns - Orders purchased between November 1, 2024 and December 23, 2024 have until January 7, 2025 to be postmarked for return, or returned in store, for a refund.

Items may be returned for a refund if postmarked within 14 days of the date the item(s) were delivered:

Returns will be refunded via original form of payment. Returns must include a return authorization number. Return items must be in NEW condition with tags attached:

  • Washed or worn merchandise is not eligible for return.
  • Shoes shipped with a box, must be returned with the box – a $25 shoe box fee will apply if the shoe box is altered, damaged, or missing.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned.

To request return authorization, please send an email to customerservice@islandtrends.com with the words RETURN and ORDER # in the subject line. A return authorization number will be generated and emailed back to the email address on the order within 24 hours.

For your convenience, a link for a pre-paid US POST OFFICE return label will be emailed to you with the return authorization number. If you choose to use the USPS return label $10 will be deducted from the return amount. Return labels are valid for orders in the USA. You can also use your own method, we suggest using a trackable method.

To serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, get the right size or color by placing a new order. Please note, promotion codes are valid one time only and a code used previously may not be applied to new orders.

Billing Policy

Please Note: Your card may be charged upon placing your order. When you place an order with Island Trends, your credit card is "authorized" for the amount of your order. Often times, the "authorization" will show up as "pending" on your credit or debit card statement.

The billing address of the order must match the billing address of the credit card.

The billing address must be registered for credit card gift cards to be used as payment.

For first time purchasers, we can only ship to the billing address within the first 60 days of a purchase.

Promotion Codes are only valid for one time use and may not be applied towards future purchases.

Keeping You Informed About Your Package

When your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipment confirmation by email, which will contain your package tracking information.

To track your order status on our website, you must sign in to your account.

Please Note: Some special order items may be shipped directly from our vendor. These items include select products from Tommy Bahama, Johnnie-O, and Peter Millar. Special order items will be shipped according to the vendor's preferences (FedEx, FedEx, USPS).When your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipment confirmation by email, which will contain your package tracking information

Return Shipping

Shipping cost and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Island Trends will pay for return shipping in the event of an Island Trends error in the order by accrediting the customer's account with the postage stated on the returned package.

Shipping Guide

Island Trends understands the importance of receiving your package on time. We ship in stock items the same day on orders received by 3 pm EST. Orders requiring more than 3 business days to process will be notified by email.

First time orders will be required to ship to the billing address.


Shipping Products With Different Availabilities

The product availability is noted on each product detail page and additional information in the shopping cart. For example, In Stock products Usually ship within 1 business day, however items tagged as "Arriving Soon" will ship within 10 business days.  

Partial Ship Policy: Free Shipping Offers will only be applied to one shipment per qualifying order, unless otherwise specified. 

P.O. Boxes

You must provide a physical shipping address for all orders. Carriers such as FedEx & UPS require a street address.

International Orders

Island Trends offers international shipping to Canada & Australia. Shipments to Canada are shipped via USPS Global Priority Service and UPS Ground International (approximately 6-10 business days). Shipping charges to Canada are charged shipping based on order value and free shipping promotions do not apply to Canadian orders. Return shipping from Canada is the responsibility of the customer and the regular return policy details apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.Please note, all taxes and duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. Shipments to Australia are shipped via USPS Global Priority Service and UPS Expedited (approximately 6-10 business days). Shipping charges to Australia are charged shipping based on order value and free shipping promotions do not apply to Australian orders. Return shipping from Australia is the responsibility of the customer and the regular return policy details apply.Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note, all taxes and duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. All orders for international shipments must be placed online.
